French Onion Soup |
Ingredients
- Brown stock
- Big onions
- Oil
- Dried thyme
- Bay leaves
- Salt
- White pepper
Method
- Heat the soup pot with oil. Slice the onion and add into the pot. Stir the onion until fragrant, brown and soft about 6-7 minutes with slow fire.
- Add the herbs. Add the stocks and season to taste.
- Simmer the soup about 18 minutes
- Ready to serve.
